Description

The Ports Regulator of South Africa (PRSA) invites bids for a Market Study on the South African rail freight sector (RFQ 2026/27/22). The study aims to provide an evidence-based foundation for regulatory decisions by analyzing market structure, competition, pricing, and efficiency. Key deliverables include an inception report, data analysis framework, draft and final market study reports, and a presentation of findings. The project is expected to last 3 to 4 months.
