The Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) is seeking a service provider to supply a comprehensive Contact Centre Solution for a 36-month period. The project involves a hybrid model where the provider hosts the infrastructure before transitioning it to the UIF. Key deliverables include telephony services, an omni-channel CRM platform with AI capabilities, and the provision of up to 250 seasonal agents. The solution must support all 11 official languages and ensure secure data storage. The work will be based in Pretoria. Bidders must demonstrate at least 5 years of industry experience and provide technical support teams for telephony, CRM, and AI systems.
