The National Lotteries Commission (NLC) is seeking a service provider for Public Relations and Strategic Corporate Communication services. The work will be performed on an as-and-when-required basis for a period of twelve months. Key deliverables include developing crisis communication plans, managing media engagement strategies, drafting speeches and opinion pieces, and providing media handling training for executives.
