The Independent Development Trust (IDT) is seeking a service provider to deliver comprehensive cleaning and sanitation services at their office building. The project covers a 6000m² facility and requires a team consisting of one supervisor, six full-time cleaners, and a part-time project manager. Key responsibilities include daily floor maintenance, waste management, restroom sanitation, and window cleaning. Specialized tasks such as deep carpet cleaning and floor sealing are required on a periodic basis. The provider must also manage the supply of sanitary consumables. The contract duration is 36 months, starting on 01 December 2026. Bidders must attend a compulsory briefing session on 18 September 2026. All work must comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and relevant sectoral wage determinations.
