The successful bidder will manage safety compliance for the Engineering Operation Centre expansion project, covering construction stages 5 and 6. Key deliverables include coordinating with contractors, ensuring adherence to the Occupational Health and Safety Act, managing permit applications with the Department of Employment and Labour, and finalizing the safety file upon project close-out. The project is expected to last between 3 and 5 months, with completion targeted for October 2026. The agent must provide expert oversight for various building works, including workshops, storage facilities, and external infrastructure services.
