The Commission for Conciliation, Mediation & Arbitration (CCMA) is seeking a cloud-based Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) solution. The project involves the supply, implementation, maintenance, and licensing of a Software-as-a-Service platform. The work must be performed within South Africa and follow ITIL best practices. Key deliverables include incident, problem, and change management, asset tracking for 1500 items, and system integration. The provider must also deliver virtual training for staff and provide training manuals. The project requires a 4-week implementation plan, risk management reports, and data migration support. The contract covers a two-year period, and all data remains the property of the CCMA.
