The Free State Development Corporation (FDC) is seeking to appoint a panel of legal firms to provide professional legal services and support for a period of three years. The work will be based in the Free State. The selected firms will provide legal opinions, represent the FDC in labour and disciplinary matters, and offer expertise in areas such as litigation, debt collection, corporate law, and construction law. A key requirement is the transfer of skills to the FDC in-house legal team. The appointed professionals will report directly to the Head of Legal Services at the FDC.

- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
