The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking a service provider to deliver comprehensive cleaning services at its Head Office in Centurion. The contract covers a six-month period from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2026. The scope includes daily cleaning of office areas, ablution facilities, kitchens, and staircases, as well as the supply of all necessary consumables and equipment. The service provider must manage a team of nine staff members, including a supervisor. All cleaning materials must meet South African Bureau of Standards (SABS) requirements. Additionally, the provider is responsible for ad-hoc deep cleaning and sanitization services as requested. The site spans over 7,000 square meters. A compulsory briefing session is scheduled for 18 August 2026 at the RAF Head Office.
