Description

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking a service provider to conduct Emotional Intelligence and Personal Mastery Training. The training will take place at the RAF Head Office in Centurion, Pretoria. The program is designed for eight participants and will span three days, from 08:00 to 16:00 daily. Key topics include self-awareness, emotional regulation, resilience, interpersonal communication, and personal development planning. The selected provider is responsible for delivering all necessary training materials and manuals. This project is part of the RAF's commitment to staff development and will be evaluated using the 80/20 preference point system. All proposals must be submitted in South African Rand and include VAT if the provider is registered for it.
