Description

The Department of Social Development is seeking a contractor for a two-year term contract to perform HVAC maintenance and repairs. The work will take place at various government buildings across 11 sites in the OR Tambo District, including locations such as Port St Johns, Libode, and Lusikisiki. Key deliverables include annual major services, six-monthly minor services, and general repairs to air conditioning units and ventilation systems. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining VRV systems and ensuring all equipment remains in good working order. This project is issued by the Department of Social Development and follows the JBCC Edition 6.2 contract framework.
