The South African Bureau of Standards (SABS) is seeking to appoint service providers to chair grievance hearings. The work involves providing at least four experienced chairpersons to manage hearings and issue outcomes in line with SABS policy. The successful service providers must complete the hearing and provide a final outcome within 14 days of the set date. This project will take place at SABS facilities. The tender requires experts with extensive labour law knowledge to ensure all proceedings are fair and equitable.
