Description

The Government Communication and Information System (GCIS) is seeking to appoint a panel of service providers for research and ad hoc projects. The work will take place across South Africa to support GCIS and its client departments. The appointment is for a five-year period, with assignments commissioned on a rotational, project-by-project basis. Key service categories include quantitative and qualitative research, fieldwork, desktop research, and online panel management. Deliverables involve conducting surveys, media analysis, impact assessments, and policy research. Bidders must show the capacity to meet quality standards and handle data securely.
