Description

The Mpumalanga Economic Growth Agency (MEGA) is seeking a service provider to supply, implement, and support a comprehensive Property Management System. The project will take place in Mbombela and covers the full property lifecycle, including property registers, maintenance, lease management, utility billing, and CRM modules. The system must integrate with MEGA’s existing ERP software and include a tenant portal and digital signature capabilities. The contract duration is 36 months, starting immediately upon appointment. Key deliverables include a fully functional system, user training, technical documentation, and ongoing support. A compulsory briefing session will be held on 22 July 2026.
