- Minimum R5,000,000 liability insurance coverage
- Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Proof of owned or leased patrol vehicles
- Certified copies of valid company firearm licenses
- Minimum one contract valued at R2 million within the last 5 years
- Supervisory staff must hold Grade B qualification and 3 years experience
