The contract will run for nine months, starting 24 November 2026. The successful bidder must provide daily office cleaning, including the supply of SABS-approved consumables and equipment. Key tasks involve cleaning offices, ablution facilities, kitchens, and public areas across a 158m² space. The provider must supply one full-time cleaner, Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 15:00. All staff must be vetted by the RAF. The provider is also responsible for monthly reporting and ad-hoc cleaning requests. The tender follows an 80/20 preference point system for evaluation.
