Description

Thabazimbi Local Municipality invites bids for the maintenance and updating of GRAP and mSCOA compliant asset registers over a three-year period. The project involves physical asset verification, condition assessments, and the development of infrastructure asset management plans. The successful bidder must provide a cloud or desktop-based system that integrates with existing financial software and supports GIS mapping. Additionally, the service provider is responsible for audit support and implementing a skills transfer plan for capital project unbundling.
