Description

The Mine Health and Safety Council (MHSC) is seeking a service provider to supply AI-powered minute-taking software for a 36-month period. The project involves providing licenses for 35 to 65 users, managing a secure software environment, and integrating the system with platforms like Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Key deliverables include real-time transcription, automated summarization, and searchable archives. The provider must also offer technical support, system monitoring, and training for ICT staff. Implementation must be completed within four weeks of the contract start date, with training finished within three months. All data must remain secure within the MHSC environment.
