Description

Lepelle Northern Water (LNW) is seeking a service provider to offer Supply Chain Management (SCM) operational support services. The project aims to address procurement backlogs and capacity constraints within the LNW SCM unit. The successful bidder will provide a team consisting of three Procurement Officers, one Senior Procurement Officer, and one Bid Secretariat member. Key deliverables include processing requisitions, preparing tender documents, providing administrative support for bid committees, and ensuring audit readiness. The contract will run for a period of twelve months or until the allocated budget is exhausted. The service provider is responsible for all resource management, including tools of trade and statutory obligations. Performance will be monitored through weekly progress reports and monthly KPI assessments. The closing date for submissions is 21 September 2026 at 11:00 AM.
