Description

The Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) invites proposals for the maintenance of its Building Management System (BMS) at the IDC Head Office in Sandton. The project involves maintaining the Digitech Niagara 4 infrastructure, including HVAC systems, generators, UPS units, and electrical meters. The successful service provider must ensure 95% system uptime, provide a technician on-site two days per week, and offer 24/7 emergency support with specific response time targets. Key deliverables include monthly energy and water usage reports, maintenance logs, and a software upgrade to Niagara version 4.15. The contract duration is three years, starting immediately upon appointment. A non-compulsory site visit is scheduled for 30 June 2026.
