The Bergrivier Municipality is seeking a service provider to plan, manage, and implement the Bergrivier Jazz Festival. The event is scheduled to take place on 03 October 2026 in Velddrif. The successful bidder will be responsible for all event infrastructure, including stage construction, sound and lighting production, power generation, security, waste management, and catering services. The provider must also handle artist coordination and overall project management. All work must be completed in accordance with the municipality's requirements for the festival. The project requires the supply of all necessary labour and technical equipment to ensure the event runs successfully.
