The successful bidder must provide armed and unarmed security guards to perform access control, patrolling, and incident reporting. Guards must work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays. The service provider is required to use an electronic guard monitoring system that sends real-time alerts to a 24-hour control room. Bidders must maintain a fully operational branch within the North West Province that includes a secure firearm vault. Requirements
- Valid PSIRA registration for at least one year with Good Standing certificate
- Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN
- Valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing
- Registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Operational branch, firearm vault, and 24-hour control room in North West Province
- Valid firearm competency certificates, inventory register, and handling procedures
- Proof of electronic patrol monitoring system and communication equipment
- Minimum one year relevant guarding experience within the last two years
