The Commission for Conciliation, Mediation & Arbitration (CCMA) is seeking a service provider to supply, implement, and maintain a cloud-based Asset Verification Solution. The project includes the delivery of 10 asset verification scanners and 6 software licenses. The solution must integrate with existing ERP systems, support SQL Server, and allow for audit reporting and location management. Data must be hosted within South Africa on the CCMA’s Microsoft Azure tenant. The contract includes a three-year period for software licensing, as well as ongoing onsite and remote technical support. The work will be performed for the CCMA, and the service provider is expected to manage system testing and staff training.
