Description

The Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) invites bids for the supply, implementation, and maintenance of an electronic signature and PDF editing solution. The project requires an integrated system supporting 250 e-signature users and 400 PDF editing users. Key deliverables include a cloud-based platform with mobile access, MS Power Platform integration, and comprehensive security features like PKI-based signatures and POPIA compliance. The successful bidder must provide training for two IT staff members and 60 hours of ad-hoc support over a three-year period. Implementation must be finalized within four weeks of the contract award.
