The Office of the Pension Funds Adjudicator (OPFA) is seeking a service provider for the maintenance and support of their Sage 300 People system. The contract will run for 12 months, starting 1 December 2026. Key deliverables include renewing 100 software licenses, providing technical support for the Sage Employee Self Service portal and MCI DirectHire integration, performing system health checks, and managing backups. The provider must also train five super users and update system documentation. Additionally, the contract includes a provision for 100 hours of ad-hoc services. The work will be performed at the OPFA offices in South Africa. The tender closes on 22 September 2026.
